Each of our studio locations offers 40+ classes every week, giving you plenty of options to move in a way that supports your body and your lifestyle. From Reformer and Mat Pilates to Barre, Yoga and Strength, almost all of our classes are suitable for beginners – with the exception of Elevate and Power, which offer a stronger challenge once you’re feeling confident.
