I’ve never done Pilates before, where should I start?

We recommend starting with our Foundation Reformer class. It’s designed to help you learn the basics of Pilates and get familiar with the reformer machines. After that, try our Total Body classes, they offer options for beginners to advanced clients.

Remember: go at your own pace, and feel free to modify any exercise as needed, we will offer plenty of options for all levels throughout the class.

Can I pause my membership?



Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 3 weeks per 3-month period. Just email your studio ahead of time with your pause request.

What if I’m late to class?



We allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals.
After that, your class will be early canceled for safety reasons, and we’ll help you find another class to attend.

How do I create an account & book into classes?



To get started, download the Inflow Pilates app. You can create an account and manage all your class bookings right from there.

How many classes should I do when starting out?



If you’re new to Pilates, 2–3 classes per week is a great starting point. You'll likely feel sore after the first few, so spacing them out is ideal. Once you're in the groove, feel free to level up to 5–6 classes per week!

I purchased the 4 for $44 but can’t book any classes — why?



The 4 for $44 pack activates with your first class booking. Make sure the first class you book is the one you want to attend first. Until that’s done, the system won’t allow additional bookings.

How do I prepare for my first class at Inflow?

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early

  • Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing

  • Socks are required (No socks, no play!)

  • Bring a water bottle

  • Towel is optional

  • We have bathrooms on site

What is your class cancellation policy?



We have a 3-hour cancellation window.
 If you cancel less than 3 hours before your class, one class will be deducted from your membership or pack.

How do I cancel my membership?

Membership cancellations must be done via email to your studio. Let us know when you'd like to stop and we’ll guide you through the process. Please refer to your membership contract for further details on cancellations.
