  • I took advantage of Inflows 3 week introductory offer after finally getting clearance from my physio to get back in to exercise. And I’m so glad I did. I thought it would be daunting doing group classes, but the instructors give so many options for all different levels that I never feel like I can’t do it. I love how diverse the groups are and how friendly and welcoming the entire team have been. I loved it so much that I joined as a permanent member! Highly recommend.
