If you’ve been looking for a safe and supportive way to return to exercise after having your baby, our Mums & Bubs Pilates Program in Buderim is designed for you. This 6 week postnatal Pilates program helps new mums rebuild strength, reconnect with their core and pelvic floor, and ease back into movement in a way that feels achievable and supportive.
This is not about pushing yourself. It’s about learning how to move well again after pregnancy.

Each week builds on the last. You’re not just attending a class, you’re genuinely progressing.
We focus on rebuilding strength after pregnancy, reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, and helping you feel more confident in your body week by week.
This is a safe, supported return to movement designed specifically for postnatal bodies.
The Program

Our Buderim studio is designed to feel like a breath of fresh air.
A space where you can focus on yourself, surrounded by other mums who truly get it.
We’re located at 1–7 Goshawk Blvd, Buderim, with easy parking and simple access so arriving with your bub feels easy and stress free.
The Classes
2 classes per week
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:40am
A small group of 10 means you receive real instructing and personalised support, not just another class you turn up to.
Every session is tailored for postnatal Pilates, with a strong focus on rebuilding core & pelvic floor strength, so you always know you’re doing the right thing for your body.
The Start
Our next intake starts on the 4th of August.
We run this program in intakes, not ongoing classes.
With only 10 spots available, this creates a close, supportive group where everyone moves through the program together.

This program is designed for new mums who are ready to begin moving again in a safe and supported way.
It’s a great fit if:
✓ You are 6+ weeks postpartum following a vaginal birth, or 8–12+ weeks post C-section with medical clearance
✓ You’re looking to rebuild your strength safely, rather than jumping straight back into exercise
✓ You’re new to reformer Pilates, or returning after some time away
✓ You’d benefit from the support of a small group of mums in a similar stage of life
✓ Your bub is not yet on the move, or has just started crawling
✓ You’re ready to prioritise your recovery and feel stronger in your body again -
Core connection and pelvic floor
This is where everything begins. We focus on rebuilding strength from the inside out, helping you safely reconnect with your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy.Postural strength
We work on improving posture to support the demands of motherhood, from feeding and carrying to everyday movement, so your body feels more supported and less strained.Glute and full body strength
You’ll gradually build strength across your whole body through progressive, functional movements designed to support you in daily life.Breath and control
Breath is the foundation of everything we do. You’ll learn how to move with intention, control and awareness, creating a deeper connection to your body. -
Yes, completely.
This program is designed with beginners in mind. We start with the foundations and build progressively across the 6 weeks.
You don’t need any prior Pilates experience — we’ll guide you through everything step by step.

Grip socks (available to purchase at the studio if needed), comfortable clothing, and water.
For your bub, you’re welcome to bring whatever helps them feel settled — pram, capsule, bouncer or play mat. We have space to accommodate.

This is a relaxed and understanding environment, and everyone in the room is in a similar stage of life. If your bub needs you, you can pause, tend to them, and rejoin when you’re ready.

This program is designed to guide you back into movement with confidence, so that by the end of the 6 weeks, you feel ready for your next step.
You’ll have built a strong foundation through your core and full body, and feel more comfortable transitioning into our regular total body classes.
Our team will support you in that transition, helping you choose the right classes and ensuring you continue to feel confident, strong and supported in your movement.

Tuesdays
Tyler brings a fun, bubbly energy into every class, creating a space that feels light, welcoming and supportive for both you and your bub.
She has recently completed her pre and postnatal training with Women’s Health Collaborative, and is deeply passionate about helping new mums rebuild their strength in a safe and considered way.
Tyler understands that every postnatal journey is different, and will meet you exactly where you are, guiding you with care and confidence each step of the way.
Kristen
Thursdays
Kristen has over 5 years of Pilates teaching experience, including more than 2 years working specifically with mums and bubs.
Her approach focuses on gentle, effective strength, helping you move in a way that feels right for your body at every stage of your recovery.
Kristen creates a calm, supportive environment where you can take your time, build confidence, and feel comfortable returning to movement.
