We want you to feel confident choosing the EOFY option that best supports your goals. Below you'll find answers to our most commonly asked questions.

At Inflow Kawana, all EOFY Memberships and Class Packs include access to our full timetable of:

This gives you the flexibility to move in a way that suits your body, goals and schedule while making the most of everything Inflow Kawana has to offer.

If you're purchasing a class pack as a top up to your existing membership, nothing will change and your current membership will continue as normal.
If you're purchasing an EOFY Class Pack or Upfront Membership to replace your current weekly membership, please note that we require 2 weeks' notice to cancel your existing membership agreement.
Your EOFY purchase will remain on your account and will activate once your current membership has finished.

Our EOFY Sale runs from 19 June to 23 June 2026. This is the final Inflow sale before Black Friday.

All EOFY purchases activate on first use.
For example, if you purchase during the sale but attend your first class on 1 July, your expiry period will commence from 1 July.

10 & 20 Class Packs expire 6 months from activation.
50 Class Packs expire 12 months from activation.

EOFY Upfront Memberships are valid for 6 months from activation.

Yes.
EOFY Upfront Memberships include a maximum 6 week hold allowance during the 6 month term. Any approved hold period will be added to the end of your membership.

EOFY Upfront Memberships do not include class rollovers. Any unused classes will expire at the end of each membership week.

EOFY purchases may be gifted to another person prior to activation.
Once activated, all EOFY products become non-transferable.

No. All EOFY purchases are non refundable. However, if you are unable to use your purchase, it can be transferred to a friend or family member.
