3. Class Pack Promotion

Discounted Class Packs

3.1. Eligibility

• Discounted class packs are available to both new and existing Inflow Pilates Studios clients.

• Existing weekly membership holders are eligible to purchase discounted class packs.

• Clients may purchase multiple discounted class packs during the promotional period.

3.2. Class Pack Validity

Standard class pack expiry periods apply:

10 Classes - 6 months
20 Classes - 6 months
50 Classes - 12 months

3.3. Activation and Usage

• Clients may purchase discounted class packs during Black Friday and arrange activation at a later date.

• The applicable validity period begins from the agreed activation date.

• Each class pack is subject to its individual expiry period and standard booking conditions.

• Unused classes expire at the end of the applicable validity period, subject to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

3.4. Additional Conditions

• Promotional class pack discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Where multiple promotional class packs are purchased, each pack will retain its individual validity period. The expiry period for each class pack will only commence once the first class is booked using that pack. Purchasing additional packs does not extend the expiry of previously activated packs.

• Class packs are subject to standard studio booking, cancellation and no-show policies.

4. 26-Week Upfront Membership Promotion

Four Classes Per Week for 26 Weeks

4.1. Promotional Pricing

• Regular Price: $1,690

• Black Friday Price: $1,450

• Total Saving: $240

4.2. Membership Inclusions

• The upfront membership provides four classes per week for 26 weeks.

• Classes are subject to studio timetable and availability.

• Standard membership booking and attendance policies apply.

4.3. Eligibility

• The promotion is available to new and existing clients.

• Current weekly membership holders may purchase the promotional upfront membership, subject to the transition conditions outlined below.

4.4. Existing Weekly Members Transitioning to Upfront

For clients currently holding an active weekly membership:

• Clients must complete their existing 13-week minimum membership commitment before transitioning to the 26-week upfront membership.

• A two-week cancellation notice period applies and may be provided during the minimum commitment period, provided the membership does not end before the 13-week commitment is completed.

• The existing weekly membership will remain active during the notice period, with normal payments continuing.

• Clients may purchase the promotional upfront membership during the Black Friday sale, however, the new membership will only commence once their existing membership has ended.

• The commencement date will be arranged with Inflow Pilates Studios to ensure the memberships do not overlap.

4.5. Membership Holds

• The 26-week upfront membership includes up to six weeks of membership hold time during the membership period.

• A minimum of two business days' notice is required for all membership hold requests.

• All membership hold requests must be submitted to Inflow Pilates Studios and approved before the requested hold commencement date.

• Approved membership holds will extend the membership expiry date by the corresponding hold period.

• Additional flexibility beyond the standard six-week allowance may be considered in circumstances involving injury or illness.

• Any additional hold time due to injury or illness must be discussed with and approved by Inflow Pilates Studios.

4.6. Class Credits and Rollovers

• The upfront membership includes up to four classes per week.

• Unused weekly class credits do not roll over into subsequent weeks.

• Any classes not used within the applicable membership week will expire at the end of that week.

4.7. Activation and Expiry

• Clients may purchase the upfront membership during the Black Friday promotional period and arrange a later commencement date.

• The 26-week membership period begins from the agreed commencement date.

• The membership expires at the conclusion of the 26-week period, plus any approved membership hold extensions.
