Foundation Reformer

Foundation Reformer is a slower paced reformer class focused on strength, control and reconnecting with the fundamentals of movement through intentional, low impact exercise.
With a strong focus on breath, alignment and technique, this class is designed to help you move well, build confidence and create a deeper connection between mind and body. While the movements may be simple, don’t underestimate the power of the basics. Expect a slow, controlled burn that challenges stability, precision and full body strength in a supportive and approachable way.
Whether you are new to reformer Pilates, returning to movement or an existing member wanting to refine your practice, Foundation Reformer offers space to slow down, reset and focus on quality movement.
Suitable for: All levels, including beginners, experienced members, pre and post natal clients, and anyone wanting a slower paced, technique focused class.
Total Body Reformer

Our signature Inflow Total Body Reformer class is an open level reformer class that offers a full-body workout achievable by almost anyone. This 45 minute class will greatly strengthen your core, improve your coordination, balance, flexibility and strength, while leaving you feeling better than ever. This class is suitable for clients new to the reformer and those who have been practising for years as you will be given level options to cater to all.
Suitable for: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, Pre and Post Natal.
Elevate Reformer

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with our Elevate Reformer classes. This class is all about exploring new dimensions in your movement, pushing past your usual routine to discover fresh ways of challenging your body.
You’ll build on the core movements you already know and love, while incorporating new exercises and techniques that will open up new possibilities for strength, flexibility, and control. If you are looking to deepen your reformer pilates practice, Elevate is for you!Reformer experience is required, suited to clients that are intermediate/advanced
Power Reformer

Power Reformer Pilates is a reformer workout that mixes Pilates, strength and cardio for a total body burn. You’ll work through athletic style moves on the Reformer that will get your heart pumping and your muscles working.
This class is perfect if you want to challenge yourself with a workout that’s all about building strength & boosting endurance. Expect a sweaty, full-body workout that’ll leave you feeling strong, energised, and ready to take on the day!Reformer experience is recommended. Stretch & Flow Reformer

Our Stretch reformer class focuses on the stretch and flow side of reformer pilates. Reward your body with this mindful release, lengthening and stretching your muscles while using the resistance of the reformer bed. We will focus on helping you find space and mobility throughout the body, connecting to the breath and nourishing the nervous system. 45 minutes of low intensity bliss!

Jumpboard Reformer

Our jumpboard class will add an extra dimension to your workout. What is a jump board? It’s an additional piece of equipment added to the base of the bed, providing a surface you can ‘jump’ on, opening up a world of plyometric exercises to target the lower & upper body.
You won't be jumping for the whole 45 minutes, but expect blocks of jumping that will utilise the board to increase the heart rate in a low impact way.
Reformer experience is recommended. For first timers, our foundation or total body is better suited
Mat Pilates - Flow

Our signature mat pilates workout. Mat Pilates Flow focuses on smooth transitions, form and flow for a full body workout. Expect a challenging, yet low impact session that is designed to tone, sculpt, strengthen and lengthen.
Yoga - Slow Flow

At Inflow, our Slow Flow Yoga class offers a gentler take on traditional Vinyasa. You’ll still move through a sequence of poses connected by breath, but at a more relaxed, mindful pace. This slower rhythm gives you time to settle into each posture, explore your alignment, and truly tune in to how your body feels.
Slow Flow is all about presence over pace. It blends the same elements you love - strength, stretch, and stillness, but with more space to breathe and soften.
Whether you’re new to yoga, easing back into movement, or just craving a slower flow to complement your Pilates practice, this class meets you right where you are.
Come as you are. We’ll move through it together.

Mat Pilates Burn

Burn is a Mat Pilates class that mixes Pilates with strength training to build endurance and tone your body. You'll move through full-body exercises that challenge your entire body, leaving you feeling strong and energized. Expect some spicy burns as the intensity increases, while improving flexibility, balance, and stamina.
Mat Pilates - Strength

Inflow’s Mat Strength is a 45 minute class where Pilates principles meet progressive strength training. This mat based session is designed to help you build real strength: through slower, low-rep sets and heavier dumbbells that challenge your body and sharpen your focus.
Grounded in Pilates principles but elevated with functional strength training - think fewer reps, more resistance, and sustained time under tension to build muscular control, core stability, and full body power.
You’ll move with intention & build strength with heavier loads and slower sets, while incorporating resisted pilates movements for the best of both worlds.
All levels welcome.

Mums & Bubs Reformer Program

These classes are part of our structured 6 Week Mums & Bubs Reformer Program, designed to support mums returning to movement safely after pregnancy in a calm and supportive environment.
Across the 6 weeks, you’ll move through progressive reformer Pilates classes focused on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and helping you feel stronger and more confident in your body again.
While the classes are designed for Mum, bub is absolutely welcome by your side. This is a flexible and understanding environment where you’re welcome to feed, settle your bub, pause when needed, and connect with other mums experiencing a similar season of life.
With a small group of just 10 mums, the program allows for a more personalised and supportive experience, while giving mums the opportunity to progress together week by week.
Suitable for beginners and mums returning to movement after pregnancy.
Participants are required to be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum following a natural birth, or 8–12+ weeks post C-section with medical clearance prior to commencing the program.
Yoga - Restore
